Our stay was delightful! The huge, comfortable room and the beautiful vintage train ride truly made the trip special. Breakfast was a fun buffet with lots of options, but dinner didn't impress. I'd definitely return!

Unforgettable Family Getaway!
Our family enjoyed a delightful stay! The dinner buffet exceeded our expectations. every dish was appetizing. After a snowstorm, the staff went above and beyond, helping us dig out — their kindness really stood out! Great train ride to the Grand Canyon. Perfect for families!

The grilled fish was a total delight, perfectly crisp and bursting with flavor! Plus, the location is walkable to all the local gems, making the hunt for culinary treasures a breeze. The vintage train experience is definitely worth the trip, too.
The breakfast buffet was a letdown. for nearly $20, we expected more than canned fruit and empty trays. Skipped the onsite dining after that and found a local spot that served up deliciousness at a fraction of the cost.

I enjoyed a fantastic train ride experience to the Grand Canyon with this hotel close by. The rooms were clean, quiet, and the decor felt welcoming. I loved the accessible features, especially since I traveled with seniors. Breakfast at the hotel was a letdown. The buffet offered limited items, and I found empty trays during peak breakfast hours. I opted for a local restaurant instead, which had better options. Housekeeping could be better, as I had to request several amenities and furniture was a bit dated. Still, the charming Western decor and proximity to everything made the trip enjoyable.

Unique train-themed decor, access to local shopping, heated pool and relaxation area
The check-in process was unacceptably lengthy!!! Limited parking availability and frustrating difficulties for those with mobility challenges need urgent attention!!! In-room coffee facilities were inadequate—styrofoam cups for this price? Come on!!!
